Invasive Plant Control

SongBird LandCare offers control of non-native invasive plants including Chinese Privet.

Control Chinese Privet on your property without harm to neighboring native vegetation. Chinese Privet is a non-native evergreen shrub that invades natural areas, fields, and other areas. It causes loss in value of natural areas, degrades habitat, and interferes with recreational uses. Also, pollen production from Chinese Privet is a significant contributor to allergies.

Properly applied herbicide treatment, during the dormant season, is very effective at killing Chinese Privet, and can be done in such a way as to protect soil from herbicide contamination.

Please Contact SongBird LandCare to discuss the benefits of controlling this non-native invasive plant, and/or to discuss a quote for treatment.
